QA Lead (Intranet Split)

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Boca Raton, FL

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

Ø  Must have minimum 6-7 years experience performing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing of third party applications.

Ø  Strong leadership skills to work with multiple levels across the organization.

Ø  Demonstrated experience leading QA engineers and mentoring less experienced staff.

Ø  2-3 years of recent experience with one or more of the following: billing / cash applications, inbound/outbound client server applications, call center, and/or financial applications.

Ø  Minimum 5 years experience analyzing functional and technical requirements and mapping documents and transforming them into a comprehensive Test Plan.

Ø  Minimum 5 years experience with application development life cycles (SDLC).

Ø  Must have 5 years QA testing processes including requirements analysis and traceability; test case development, test execution, and defect management.

Ø  Experience with Test Management tools, Quality center Preferred.

Ø  Experience leading Regression automation projects or hand's on experience with QTP Preferred.

Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

 

Certifications: Candidates with CASQ, CSQA, CAST, CSTE certifications are considered a plus.
