[Design with CSS 3615] ie8 bug between rows?

Dear all,

I am using blueprint css to make my website (www.tictech.nl)
I've had quite some problems, but luckily I could solve mostly all.

The one problem I can't seem to solve is something which happens in
IE8.

Between the rows (blueprint containers) margins show up in IE8 and not
in any other browser.
(for example: between the grey navigation bar and the body)
I've tried clearfix from a blog which I read, but it doesn't seem to
work.

Does anyone have a solution?

I am new to Java programing and I trying to insert a simple script
into a PDF documents to calculate a value of a field.

I have 2 fields.

One file is name: Profile_Business_Type and the other field is Text2

I am trying to calcuate the value of Text2 anytime the value of
Profile_Business_Type is equal to the words "Condominium Associations"

So far I have this script, but it doesn't work. I am sure that it is
missing a very simple syntax. I am very grateful for any help you can
provice

Who is using compass and Sass when you design and solve CSS problems?
If you're using it what are your experiences? Are you using compass.app?

If you're not using Sass or compass, why aren't you using it? Are you
using some other kind of CSS framework?

Personally I just learned about these two and I think a more
structured way of developing CSS is very promising. I use patterns
already, but they are in my head and not in a tool. Unless I put the
HTML&CSS patterns in my server-side java code.

No need for PHP or any other server side language. You can do that with Javascript as well.

You can do a conditional like below:

Add it below where you attached your normal css and the IE styles will overwrite your normal css styles.

Not sure if the above is the exact conditional you need. I have pasted below all the available conditional statements you can use for IE.

According to the conditional comment this is not IE

Could you please tell me which scripting language you are using in your website. I mean if you are using php then you can check for browser and version of browser and link css accordingly.

Instead of that, put this at the top of your head of your HTML file.

Now target your IE changes in the same resource files by a ie6, ie7,
ie8 class.

Now, you do not have to load separate resource files.
