Qualifications: 4 years of experience within UC/UCCE , ICM ( Contact Center ) Environments
CCVP or having passed ( 4 of the listed 5 ) below
QOS , CVOICE , TUC , CIPT1 , CIPT2
Daily Activities of Candidate
The successful candidate will be required to augment/enhance/bolster existing project team. This will include but not limited to its daily tasks of resolving issue and errors that arise in day to day operations of the UC environment.
Duties will consist of the in-depth understanding and working knowledge of the following :
1: CUCM v6x – 8x, UCCE v , IPIVR scripting , Unified Communication Mgr (UNITY)
2: Digital Gateways / Gatekeepers ( Understanding the difference)
3: Dial plan design , Branch site Dial plan design
3: Understanding Cluster builds and Super Cluster builds
4: Trouble shooting call/device tracing , call drops, inter- digit time out, hair-pinning Call routing errors, Mobility issues /errors ,device
errors based on load version errors. Registration errors, web access errors, utilizing proper t-shooting methodologies. Calls between
phones onnet / offnet, resource availability issues, PSTN layer 3 t-shooting, call routing failure due to COS issues.
5: Bat , CCMUSERS, User/device/ profile administration secure mgmt
6: Sip gateway t-shooting Inter cluster trunking
7: Inbound call failure due to PSTN to IP failure ( COS )
8: Upgrading production UC cluster.
9: Ip to Ip gateway
10: SRST . AAR within CM
11: Unity Connection
12: IPMA . EM , Mobility UC – apps, SNR, MA,
13: Local Multicast MOH configuration and trouble shooting
