Java/J2EE Developer

Location : NY/NJ

Duration : 6 Months

Rate : $400/day

 

Must Have Skills (Role Requirements):

• Must have at least 6 years experience in a development capacity in J2EE/Java/MS SQL environment.

• Must have very strong MS SQL RDBMS knowledge to understand and create and enhance stored procedures.

• Strong proficiency in J2EE in a Weblogic 8.1 environment.

• Experience with Struts MVC framework.

• Excellent research and problem solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience using source control systems

 

Preferred Skill

• A background in C# is a plus to enhance parts of the document manager.

• Processing XML messages using JMS in a MQ or Tibco environment.

• Development background in back office environment with particular emphasis on reference data (Client, Account).

• Experience working with document management systems.

• Shell /Perl Scripting in a UNIX environment is helpful
