Good point, Nathan. I didn't even think about the script solution being impossible because he doesn't control the content on Facebook. I was giving a generic answer to the general question about how to time link clicks->page load.

However, the Firebug method will work just fine, no matter whose site it is.

First Event: You can not calculate because you do not have access to their site files. Also, since you want to calculate things between two seperate domains, you are wanting the impossible.

Second Event: You can calculate that on your own site using various Web Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics).

2) When I click on this link from my Facebook profile, then this website will open in new tab.

3) I want to calculate time difference in miliseconds or microseconds between below two events:

Second Event: Time of completely loading webpage of "http://www.webdeveloper.com/".
