Job Title: Services Support Manager
Location: Redmond WA
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: DOE
Role: Services Support Manager with Microsoft infrastructure Support experience (Senior Admin / Lead / Architect / Manager)

Mandatory: -

• 7 years+ overall experience in MS products based infra / sys admin support
• (Primary mandatory skill)
• Windows administration (Mandatory) (Primary mandatory skill)
• Exchange Server (preferably 2007 and / or 2010) (mandatory) (Primary
• mandatory skill)
• Knowledge / experience of support for one / many / all of the below products
• (Secondary skill, very good to have but not absolutely essential)

                          SharePoint
                          LiveMeeting
                          OCS (Office Communication Server)
                          BlackBerry
                          Extremely good communication & (unaccented) English language skills (Primary mandatory skill)

Preferred (Good to have only)

• Formal experience of infrastructure support engagements / customers
• Experience in the Online versions of Exchange, LiveMeeting and OCS.
• Previous Microsoft experience
