To make it clear, all you have to do is define a behavior property with
a url attribute to a .htc file that IE6+ will interpret that supplies
the necessary logic to support css3 functions such as border-radius,
thus giving you rounded corners.
Just make sure that the .htc file exists in your sites root directory.
