The person should be senior, with hands on experience in writing and documenting business requirements and functional designs, capable to facilitate testing (Oracle OBIEE, Answers, some Oracle SQL) and manage business readiness including user acceptance testing. If the candidate has experience with reporting and also understands what install base is (customer portfolio of our sold products HW/SW/maintenance) that would be a plus
